Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Evercrown currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, and seasonal volume.
Evercrown is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier and surrounding delivery areas first. If you still need assistance, contact us at contact@evercrownhair.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@evercrownhair.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when approved by Evercrown due to an order issue, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
